Allyson B. Stanfield, the keynote speaker at the Conference, has an Artists' Salon program that you might want to explore either for yourselves or for your regional members. It's a free, step-by-step process that helps members to improve their marketing and professionalism.
Information about Salons is on Allyson's website: http://artbizconnection.com/. It is a fairly intense group that meets every two weeks and is focused on marketing and selling. Allyson provides the format, once registered, free of charge.
If you are interested in leading or being a part of a group, email Laurie Brainerd, who will let the interested participants know who each other is and faciliate grouping by geography if needed. This doesn't have to be limited to SAQA members. This program is intended for artists of any medium.

Laurie: I hope you have some takers! You can meet however often you like. As I said, I like bi-weekly, but some people prefer monthly. Have fun with it, but be ready for change.
