Topic
1. Extended Show & Tell – Please
bring your current project or next project. Finished or unfinished is okay. Share
what you’re working on with our creative members.
2. FABRIC DONATION COLLECTION AND
FABRIC SWAP. Do you have fabric you no longer want or need? Bring it to the next
SAQA meeting. We will be collecting fabric to donate to charity. Please bring
your fabric in a box of some kind (plastic bags are too flimsy). We will accept
all types of fabric that is usable and unsoiled. All SAQA members and guests will
be invited to look through all the fabric and take what you want! A true fabric
swap – you might find some treasure. What’s leftover will be donated. We hope
you’ll participate.
3. Suzan Engler will present a recap
of the presentation given by the Exhibition Committee at the national
convention. This is an excellent opportunity to hear about the growth in SAQA’s
impressive exhibition schedule.
Lunch
Bring your
lunch. There is a microwave provided in the room.
Any
questions, please email me directly (do not reply to this email).
Thanks.
See you Saturday,
May 14th.
