We were delighted to get the news in late April that the Special Events Commiee selected San Antonio as the location for the 2018 SAQA International Conference!
SAQA members in Texas will play a critical role in planning and staffing the conference. We are in the early stages of planning and committees are now forming for:
Are you interested in the process of proposing, curating, jurying and displaying an art quilt exhibit? Here's your chance to learn! We need members to help approach venues with proposals for a Texas Region Exhibit. A Call For Entries is currently being developed and our goal is to have the exhibit debut in late 2016 and tour through 2018, with a final venue in San Antonio while the conference is going on.
